STRONG
AI Privacy Policy — Panda Ai and Panda Codex
Last updated: 2026-10-28
This policy explains how STRONG at strong-pnd.com handles your data when you use the Panda Ai assistant on the site and the Panda Codex coding app on desktop and web. It adds to our general privacy policy and does not replace it.
Data we handle
- Account data: your name, email, and STRONG sign-in data, to run and protect your account.
- Chats and requests: the messages you write, the files or images you attach, and the replies the model generates.
- Project content (Panda Codex): the parts of your code, files, and command output the agent reads while doing your task.
- Technical data: session, security, and error information needed to run the service and prevent abuse.
What stays on your device
Panda Codex runs on your computer or on the server you choose. Chat history, project state, and checkpoints are stored locally in the app's data folder on that machine and are not uploaded to STRONG. The agent reads only what the task needs from your project.
Who receives your requests
To generate replies, your request text, conversation context, and the needed parts of your code are sent to the model provider you choose:
- Managed Panda AI models: routed through a managed account and processed by our contracted model provider.
- Providers you connect yourself (such as Codex, Claude, Cursor, and others): requests go directly to that provider under your account and follow its privacy policy.
We do not sell your chats or code, and we do not use them to train AI models.
Actions the agent takes
In Panda Codex the agent can read and edit files and run commands in your project. You control this with the runtime mode: Supervised asks before each action, and Plan mode only reads and proposes a plan, changing no files until you approve.
Anonymous usage data
Panda Codex may collect anonymous usage data (such as features used and errors) to improve the product. This data does not include the content of your chats or code.
Security
Connections to STRONG servers are encrypted over HTTPS, sign-in data is protected, and the app refuses connections that look intercepted. Provider keys are stored on your device, separately from ordinary settings.
Your rights
- Delete chats in the app at any time, and remove the app's data from your device.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your STRONG account data.
- Choose which provider receives your requests, or run a local model.
